To keep our schedule running smoothly for every client, we maintain two simple policies.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $25 fee, charged to the card on file before any future bookings can be made.

Cancellation Window

Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment. Preferred Clients have all cancellation fees waived automatically.
