Payment & Cancellation Policy
At Cordes Auto Care, we value your time and strive to provide premium service to every vehicle. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can continue offering high-quality service to all our clients, we have established the following policies.
1. No Show Policy
At Cordes Auto Care, we value our time and commitment to providing high-quality service to every vehicle. Appointments that result in a "No-Show" — defined as a failure to arrive or provide notice by the scheduled start time — will incur a $30 fee billed to the account on file. This fee mirrors our late cancellation policy, and if this occurs with Trusted Clients the cancellation fee will add onto them until trust is regained after the next 2 completed appointments.
4. Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $30 to cover labor and scheduling costs, as well as notifying the employees of their shifts.
6. Inclement Weather
Since detailing results are best achieved in the right conditions, Cordes Auto Care reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat). In these cases, no fees will apply, and we will work with you to find the earliest available makeup date.
7. Personal Belongings & Liability
For all Interior and Full Detail packages, clients are required to remove all personal belongings and child safety seats prior to the commencement of service. While our team takes the utmost care during the cleaning process, Cordes Auto Care is not responsible for the loss, damage, or displacement of any items left inside the vehicle. Our technicians are instructed to clean all visible surfaces; therefore, any items not removed may be moved or disposed of.
8. Final Pricing & Vehicle Inspection
All quotes and online prices are estimates provided for your convenience. The final cost of your detail is determined on-site after our technician performs a complete inspection of your vehicle at the time of your appointment. Factors such as the vehicle's overall size, condition, level of soiling, pet hair, stains, or other special circumstances may adjust the final price. We will always review and confirm any pricing adjustments with you before any work begins.
Media Consent Policy
By booking this service, you agree to let us photograph and film your vehicle during the detailing process for use on our social media platforms. You also acknowledge that your vehicle's license plate may be visible in this footage, and checking this box serves as your official consent.
